Athens afternoon

This isn’t the greatest photo in the world but is one that I’m fond of.  It reminds me of Greece and of Souvlaki.  Ahhh Souvlaki!  Not to sound like a snob but the kind grilled with real wood is way better then that heated with electric heating elements.  Who woulda thought that french fires and that cucumber sauce  would make me drool so even after many years.   This makes it on my MUST go back to list.  It also reminds me that the city was closed to traffic due to the smog at the time, as this was taken before dinner with my film camera.
